Bamboozled

Junior and me were at the Dolphinarium to kick start the winter holidays. While Junior would be inside, I had thought of working from adjacent open café.

As we were about to enter the premise, I got a call. I signalled at junior and pointed him to wait at one of the tables. Junior fidgeted for a minute or so and then spotted this gentleman.

Stealthily he slid under the table. He pulled his trouser slightly and then little harder. But the man was unfazed.

Junior came out. Now he sat just at the arm’s length from him. Junior tried to pull the paper from his hands. Again, no reaction! Shocked at this, Junior came running to me.

“Mom that man died reading some bad news, it appears”.

Watching Junior’s antics since beginning and now his distress, I busted into laughter…

“You naughty munchkin! Dumbo…that’s a wax statute!”

    1. Lavnya there is Dolphinarium in Dubai. And it was my son's favourite place to visit during holidays. Dolphin show and meeting the dolhins at the end of the show were the attractions for him.
So now you know the origin of this fiction, too!!!
      Thanks for visiting!
